Paid plans come with a seven-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are charged nothing. Leave it running and it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial, then renews each period.
One trial per person — using a second plan later does not reset it.

Cancel any time from your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. Part-periods are not refunded except where the law requires it.
If we ever raise a price, you are told in advance and the new rate only applies from your next billing period — never retroactively.

WHAT COMES OFF A SALE
Payments run through Stripe Connect. Your payout is the sale price less the commission for your level, payment-processing fees, and any refunds, chargebacks, reversals, taxes or reserves properly due. The balance in your Earning Dashboard is provisional until funds clear.
The exact commission that applies to a piece of content is the one displayed in the app when you upload or sell it.

Video programs
Bought individually from instructors. Free programs are open to every plan; paid programs need Spotlight or Star.
Playlists and tracks
Free and paid music from DJs, available from Spotlight upwards. Download limits are set by the DJ.
Event tickets
Sold by the organiser through the app. Refund terms are set per event and shown before you pay.
Digital content is delivered immediately, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once a download begins — this is confirmed at checkout. Refund policy.
